Casino holding company checks: matching the logo to the firm behind it
The name on the logo is rarely the name on the licence. This page lines up each brand in the ranking with the company its papers name, and shows where to find that company in the footer, the terms and the certificate.
A brand is what you see; the casino holding company is who you deal with. The contract you accept at sign-up is made with a company, the licence certificate is issued to a company, and any request for documents or any complaint runs through that company. Very often its name has nothing in common with the logo.
This page shows where that name is printed, lists the holders the papers of the ranked houses give, and sets out a three-layer match between brand, terms and certificate.
Brand and casino holding company are two different names
Vave, shown above the ranking, is a good illustration. The brand is Vave, the address on its certificate is vavegame.com, and Latcas B.V. is the company on certificate OGL/2024/1676/0905. Three different strings describe one operation.
The gap matters because registers are searched by number, company or domain, never by marketing name. A reader who only knows the logo cannot tell whether a certificate belongs to the house in front of them.

Where the casino holding company is printed
There are three usual places, and a careful reading uses all of them:
- The footer. Most sites print a line such as «operated by» with a company and a number. Rocketpot's footer names Danneskjold Ventures B.V. next to 1668/JAZ (captured 2 September 2026).
- The first clause of the terms. The opening clause usually defines who «we» are. Rocketpot repeats Danneskjold Ventures B.V. in clause 1.2, and Metaspins gives its Anjouan number in clause 1.1.
- The certificate. The register entry names the holder the authority recognises. For Shuffle.com, the certificate read on 8 September 2026 named Natural Nine B.V. with company number 160998, and the operator's own licence page printed the same company and the same number.
When all three agree, the match is clean. When they do not, the difference is itself the finding, and it tells you which casino holding company each document actually points to. A dated note of each name keeps that record usable later.
Holders named by the papers of the ranked houses
These are the companies on file for each ranked house:
- Bitcasino.io: Moon Technologies B.V., holder of OGL/2023/111/0069.
- Jack.com: Data Link Digital B.V., holder of OGL/2024/1562/1139; the brand was called Jackbit until 29 May 2026.
- Bitsler: Oyine N.V., holder of OGL/2024/930/0387.
- Shuffle.com: Natural Nine B.V., holder of OGL/2024/1337/0628.
- Wild Fortune: Metlait SRL, on the Anjouan entry ALSI-202509073-FI2.
- Metaspins: the Curaçao register lists Metaspins N.V. for metaspins.com, while the terms quote an Anjouan number; the two issuers are not reconciled.
- Wild.io: two names in two places; the register entry carries Nonce Gaming B.V., the terms carry Stack Gaming Ltd.
- Rainbet: no licence number is printed; the authority it cites, in cl. 21.6, is Gaming Services Provider N.V.

Why complaints and document requests go to the company
A customer's rights and duties sit in the terms, and the terms bind the company that publishes them. A request for identity documents comes from that company, which is why the page on when documents are requested quotes each clause by number.
Some terms also say where a complaint goes beyond the company itself:
- Rainbet gives the customer the right to lodge a complaint with Gaming Services Provider N.V., which it calls its licensing body (cl. 21.6).
- Shuffle.com names the Curaçao Gaming Authority in its complaints clause 18.2, while its licence page, read on 8 September 2026, calls the issuer the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The number and the company are identical in both documents; only the name of the body changes.
- Thunderpick asks for errors to be reported within 14 days.
A complaint addressed to the brand alone may reach nobody in particular. Addressed to the named company, with the licence number beside it, it lands where the terms say it should.
Matching the three layers
A short routine ties brand, terms and certificate together:
- Write down the brand and the exact domain you are using.
- Read the footer and clause 1 of the terms. Copy the company name, its registration number if printed, and the licence number.
- Search the register of the authority the terms name. For OGL numbers that is cert.cga.cw; ALSI numbers belong to Anjouan.
- Compare holder, number and domain on the entry with what you copied. Check whether the address is on the certificate as a separate step.
- Record differences as printed. If the certificate and the terms give two company names, as with Wild.io, keep both and date the note.
